Every organization defines great people differently, so I cut through the popular vernacular and straight to the heart of what makes yours an organization of great people. I support this with methodologies designed to put the right people in the right seats.
Simply put, this means running a business on facts, figures, and objective information, rather than feelings, egos, and subjective emotions. I facilitate this through the consistent use of scorecards and measurables.
The goal here is to become proficient at solving problems as they arise—and solving them forever. The underlying methodologies focus on the creation of an ongoing issues list and a proven process for prioritizing and solving everything that is on it.
This component is about getting the most important stuff in the agency done the right way -and best way - every time. The relevant tools are used to document critical processes and ensure that they are followed by everyone who touches them
